To provide all users of our products with the best possible services, we may collect and process various data, which is collected as follows:
(i) data collected directly from the user: By using our Website or our Application, you are requested to provide us with information that identifies you ("Personal Data"). By way of illustration, you provide us with Personal Data when you purchase one of our Products, when you fill in registration forms for our services, when you participate in one of our competitions, promotional offers, studies or surveys, or when you contact us by any means.

II. Collected data retention period
As a matter of principle, data collected is kept for a period that cannot exceed five (5) years following the last visit to the Website.
This retention period may be reduced if you close your account or request the deletion of your Data.

All this information will be transmitted to Simmons by the social media provider because of the way the connection via a social media works. However, we only store and process your email address. If you do not wish to do this, you can simply log into your Account using your login credentials, without using the credentials associated with your social media account;
(vii) Provide you with product and customer support and to monitor the quality and nature of that service; when you contact a customer support person by email or telephone, we collect Personal Data such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and contact preferences, as well as information about the Products you own, such as the date of purchase. We may also create event logs that we use to diagnose product or application performance issues and to collect information about a support or service issue. Pursuant to applicable law, we may also record and listen to your conversations with our customer support staff, as well as analyse any feedback voluntarily provided via a customer survey, to improve our customer service. With your consent - which you may withdraw at any time - our customer support staff may log into your Account if required to troubleshoot issues.
